A4G faced several challenges in their online presence:

  • The presence of multiple websites with different branding and conflicting messages created confusion among their customer base.
  • The existing Content Management System (CMS) had limitations that hindered effective content management and updates.
  • The design of the websites was dated and disjointed, impacting the user experience.

The process

We began by gaining a deep understanding of A4G’s business goals and their valued customer base. Through a thorough content audit, we crafted a strategy to streamline and clarify their messaging, ensuring it resonated effectively with their audience.

We carefully planned the website’s content architecture and structure to create a user-friendly experience. During the design phase, we explored various design options that not only unified the branding but also rendered a modern and visually appealing website.

A pivotal aspect of our work was aligning the company’s sub-brands, including A4G Bookkeeping, A4G Payroll, A4G Wealth, A4G Growth, and A4G Legacy, seamlessly into the main brand. In conjunction with the marketing team detailed wireframes and prototypes were designed to map out the website’s layout and functionality.

Additionally, we offered comprehensive training on the integrated WordPress Content Management System (CMS) so the marketing team could easily manage content.

As we approached the go-live transition, we ensured a seamless experience for users of the sub brands by implementing appropriate redirects.
