The process
We set about going right back to basics with this project, by looking at the needs and challenges of the golf shop based in West Malling. It was very important to look at what has come before and where things may have not been working.
We identified very clear user journeys for common tasks that people might take when browsing the website. Those key pages became the focus of the website, enabling us to simplify where possible, but making the usability as clear as we could.
Through many meetings, both in person and via online video chat, we worked together with the client to design a website that was very much ‘Duncan Lambert’ but brought into a more modern and professional aesthetic.
We supported with bringing content together and rewriting where necessary to also aid with search engine optimisation and boosting key pages in their visibility.
