The challenge

My Group Solutions came to us to create a simple website, within the established brand, to act as the hub for the group of websites that already existed.

After being let down by other suppliers, My Group Solutions asked to create new websites for these sub brands. Having been happy with our work previously, we were excited to create these 3 websites in the consistent look and feel.

The process

Starting with one of the sites – My Group Printing, we set about to create a simple but effective website to showcase multiple categories of printers and photocopiers. Showing off the products and their key features were important, as well as making sure technical SEO was carefully considered.

Following the success of the setup and launch of the first site, we then set about creating the next 2 websites utilising the tried and test templates. Branded and tweaked to suit the individual needs, the sites for My Mailing Room and My Group Security functioned as independent sites, but linking to the umbrella group houses them all.

What we delivered

HTML/CSS build and WordPress development

We created a responsive and visually engaging HTML/CSS layout. We integrated WordPress to enhance content management, enabling the client to update and add content easily.

Strategic overhaul and content evaluation

Our responsibility extended beyond just building a new site. We led a comprehensive overhaul of the existing website, which involved a detailed evaluation and restructuring of numerous content pages. This was essential to align the website more closely with the evolving needs of the copany and its audience.

Collaborative design and development

Working with the My Group Solutions marketing team, we also developed a landing page template that can be used to drive traffic via paid advertising. This has proved successful so far and can be applied to each of the sub brands.
